I am pretty sure you guys will wondering what is the difference between Omelette and Telur Dadar..

Omelette is a dish made by eggs, cooked with butter or oil in a frying pan. Besides, this kind of omelette is famous around the world because it is easy to prepare and cook. Usually, it can be served during breakfast and the shape of omelette is semi-circle as it can be folded.

A plain omelette.
Now, I will explain to you what is Telur Dadar actually. Telur Dadar is a flat, omelette-style dish usually eaten with rice and spicy tom yam, consisting of eggs pan-fried with chilies and onions. It is usually can be found in my beloved country, Malaysia.
